For garage door companies

Never lose another job to a missed call.

Your phone rings at 9:40 PM. Nobody answers. That caller doesn't leave a voicemail — they call the next garage door company on Google.

Yunatrix answers it. It asks the right questions, books the appointment from your real availability, and emails you the lead before they hang up.

No app to learn. No new phone system. Setup takes about 24 hours.

Call it right now. Pretend your spring just broke.

  • The AI answers as an automated assistant and says the call may be transcribed
  • It asks for the problem, ZIP, property type, and door state
  • It offers only real open appointment times
  • You get a lead email within about 30 seconds of hanging up
The leak

You're already paying for the phone to ring.

Ads, reviews, the truck wrap, the Google profile — all of it sends calls. The leak isn't lead generation. It's the hours when nobody can pick up.

After hours

Most garage door emergencies happen early morning, late night, or on weekends — exactly when your office is closed.

On the job site

You're up a ladder with a torsion spring. You can't answer. The caller doesn't wait.

Voicemail is a dead end

Callers in a hurry rarely leave a message. When they do, it's one line with no ZIP and no appointment.

How it works

Four steps. Zero new software for your crew.

STEP 01

Call comes in

Your number rings as usual. If nobody answers — or after hours — the AI picks up instead of voicemail.

STEP 02

It qualifies

Problem, ZIP, residential or commercial, door state, then a real appointment slot from your availability.

STEP 03

It books

The appointment is written down and the lead is saved. Duplicate and conflicting bookings are blocked.

STEP 04

You get the lead

An email with name, phone, issue, ZIP, urgency, and the appointment time lands in your inbox immediately.

Trust

It knows what it must never do.

An AI that improvises is a liability. This one is constrained, and every call starts by disclosing that it's an automated assistant.

Never quotes a price or promises a discount
Never promises a warranty or completion time
Never invents an appointment slot — it can only use real open times
Never gives DIY repair steps for springs, cables, or torsion hardware
Never claims a person was reached unless a live transfer actually connected — and never promises a callback time

Injuries, fire, gas, or a trapped person? It tells the caller to contact local emergency services (911), flags the call urgent, and notifies you immediately. When live transfer is configured, it also connects these urgent calls to your on-call number.

Try it yourself — it takes 60 seconds.

Calling from the owner's seat is the fastest way to see the difference.

After the call, enter the email where you want the lead sample sent. This form also requests a demo summary by email.

We'll send one email with your demo summary. It includes an unsubscribe line. No spam, no list rental.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask.

Is it a robot? Will my customers be annoyed?

Yes, it's an AI receptionist — and it says so at the start of every call. It doesn't pretend to be a person. What callers care about is being answered, asked the right questions, and given a time instead of a voicemail box.

What happens if it can't help?

It saves the caller's details, flags the call, and emails you immediately. When live transfer is configured, urgent calls (injury, fire, gas, a trapped car, or an exposed/commercial door that is down) can be transferred straight to your on-call number; if nobody picks up, it falls back to the saved lead plus an immediate alert. It never pretends a person was reached when the transfer did not connect.

Can it use my existing phone number?

Yes. We can route your current business line to the AI when nobody answers, or give you a dedicated number. Setup takes about a day.

Does it work for commercial doors and new installs?

Yes. It qualifies residential and commercial calls, and it books install estimates the same way as repairs.

What area do you cover?

We're starting with the Phoenix metro. Tell us the ZIP codes you serve and the AI will politely turn away anything outside them.

What about call transcription and privacy?

Every call begins with an AI and transcription disclosure. We do not record call audio. The AI transcribes what you say (processed by our AI provider) so it can take your details accurately, and we only store the details needed to book and follow up, and we keep them for up to 90 days before deleting them.

The next call is either a booked job or a lost one.
